Who are we seeking:
This role will leverage technology to enhance clinical and operational results as well as fostering utilization of systems by providing training and support as well as routine audits and monthly reporting utilizing Point Click Care (PCC).
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in Point Click Care (PCC) or another EHR system.
Ability to maintain and setup configurations in PCC
Working knowledge of SQL, data analytics, and reporting
Excellent project management skills
Basic SQL reporting preferred, knowledge of basic business queries
Provide training and support of operational systems and processes, including development of training and step-by-step guides as needed
