***HYBRID POSITION: 3 DAYS ONSITE/2 DAYS VIRTUAL***

Position: Claims Specialist
A Claims Specialist is responsible for the creation & processing of customer Claims.
Duties will include:
• Claims Creation
• Processing Claims which includes investigation, research & closing.
• Providing Claims resolutions.
Qualifications:
• Call Center CLAIMS SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Basic computer navigation skills required.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook required.
• Customer Service experience desired
• HS Diploma/GED required.
