• Inpatient Program, Patients ages 3 to 17 who require an inpatient stay receive 24-hour care through our child and adolescent services program. • We offer a nurturing and non-coercive environment. • Years of Experience Required: 2yrs+ • Skill Sets Required: Trauma informed patient centered, able to verbally deescalate patients. • Clinician to Patient Ratio: RN to Patient 1 to 3.• Patient Population: Children ages 3-17. • Bed Count: 30. 8) Census: 20-25. • EMR (Charting System): EPIC.• Floating Required: Yes to other behavioral health areas within the Epstein Units and AMHU. • Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, up to 20% for Day positions. Not required for Night positions. • Certifications Required: Active MA RN License.
