Compensation & Benefits for Care Professionals:

Applicant Prerequisites:
- Possess a minimum of 6 months of non-family professional caregiving experience OR hold qualifications of CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN - Maintain reliable transportation for client visits (drivers are preferred but not a mandate) - Availability to work for 15+ hours per week during peak care hours (7 AM - 10 PM) - Possess basic proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are welcome to apply) - Meet any compliance, license, or registration requirements as prescribed by federal, state, or local regulations - Ability to use the Honor Care Pro App and have a device that supports the latest version of iOS or Android
Roles & Responsibilities of Care Professionals:
- Offer companionship and engage in conversations - Prepare meals and provide medication reminders - Offer 1-on-1 assistance with non-medical daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, and dressing.
