Description:

This role will specifically focus on new logo acquisition, client development, and management. The Senior Account Manager will leverage their knowledge and skills to drive revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients.


What will the Senior Account Manager be responsible for?

  • Own strategy, build roadmap, and accountability for client acquisition.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new market clients and expand business opportunities within existing clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers within the target accounts to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to deliver high-quality talent to our clients.
  • Leverage market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and client needs to align the services of the company with client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge about the staffing industry, trends, and market conditions.
  • Remain current on rapidly changing technology field and how it applies to the customer's business.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Other tasks and duties as requested by the manager of this position.

Qualifications


Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, professional services, or related field is required.


Experience/Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business within the staffing industry required.
  • Strong network within the local market ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the staffing industry, market trends, and MSP models.
  • Proficient in CRM software (such as Salesforce or Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
