Supervisor- Cardiac Rehab

FT - Days (40/hr Week)


Overview:

Performs direct patient care in all aspects of Cardiopulmonary rehab according to physicians' orders. Determines effectiveness of therapy. Provides support during cardiopulmonary/vascular exercise sessions to all other members of the cardiopulmonary rehab team. Supervisor would be responsible for scheduling for all staff members. Supervisor will be responsible for ordering of supplies, charge entry, quality improvement, handling all patient issues. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care, Nursing, or related field; Master's Degree required for exercise Physiology candidates.
  • Licensure: Must have valid License as a Respiratory Care Practitioner or RN in the state of practice.
  • Experience: More than 2 years of experience is required for this position.
  • Certifications: Must maintain certifications in BLS and ACLS.
  • Preferred Experience: One year of supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
