Mercy Nursing Earn as You Learn Program
Mercy's EAYL program provides senior level nursing students the opportunity to receive a $2,000 stipend for the completion of their senior practicum (senior preceptorship/clinicals) at a Mercy hospital (St. Louis, South, Jefferson, Washington, Lincoln, Perry, Southeast)
This is currently only open for STLCC students starting their preceptorships in October 2024
Students will receive structured support throughout your senior practicum with various members of Mercy leadership, including supervisors, clinicians, and nurse managers

To be considered for the program, you must sumbit an application by October 1st, 2024.
*To participate, student must commit to a bedside nursing position post graduation on the unit you are completing senior preceptor hours on.
*Speciality units will be limited
