Overview:

This position serves an integral role in supporting the Primary Care Performance Division (PCPD) leadership team in the organization and implementation of initiatives designed to drive performance, including facilitation of a variety of programs and strategic projects, and delivery of outcomes through collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the Ministry. Supports successful transformational change aligned with realization of the Mercy Model of Care and Brand Experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field required.
    • Master's degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred. MHA or MBA
  • Experience in healthcare preferred.
