As a Baker at Panera, your roles include:

- Baking all the fresh bread and pastries required daily for your cafe.
- Upholding our high standards for taste and quality, using 100% authentic ingredients.
- Performing stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation duties as necessary.
- Contributing to our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
- Stepping in and offering support to your manager and team.

This position is ideal for you if:

- You love baking—beginners are very welcome (a 4-week training program is provided).
