Our Bakers are part of what makes us Panera. 
We are Panera Bread, and our Bakers keep our shelves abundant with aromatic pastries and freshly baked breads that we're acclaimed for. Your role will be the core of each cafe. 

Responsibilities as a Baker at Panera include:

- Managing daily baking of bread and pastries required by your cafe.
- Upholding our impeccable standards for flavor and quality, utilizing 100% genuine ingredients. 
- Participating in stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation as needed.
- Assisting in fostering an atmosphere of Comfort, Inclusion, Growth, and Trust. 
- Providing support to your manager and team when required.
