Parks Luxury of Roanoke has a rewarding opportunity for a Used Car Sales Manager. We are searching for a strong candidate to take advantage of our booming market area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Automotive Sales and/or Management, have strong communication and customer service skills, and passionate about the automotive industry. Responsibilities – Used Car Sales Manager:

  • Responsible for all used car sales at the dealership
  • Hands-on closing deals on the sales floor
  • Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, and gross on a monthly and annual basis
  • Manages vehicle inventory and reconditioning of trade-ins
  • Appraises incoming used cars
  • Used Car Sales Manager must be a strong closer and willing to engage customers early in the process


Qualifications/Requirements – Used Car Sales Manager

  • Automotive Sales Experience and/or Management Experience required!
  • Luxury vehicle experience required
  • High energy and an outgoing personality are a must
  • Outstanding communication skill- both written and oral
  • Customer service skills, selling ability, and positive outlook
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Auction experience is a plus
  • Understanding of and ability to coach and counsel employees and help them grow into top salespeople
  • Positive team management/motivation skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to drive a stick shift vehicle
