Parks Luxury of Roanoke has a rewarding opportunity for a Used Car Sales Manager. We are searching for a strong candidate to take advantage of our booming market area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Automotive Sales and/or Management, have strong communication and customer service skills, and passionate about the automotive industry. Responsibilities – Used Car Sales Manager:
- Responsible for all used car sales at the dealership
- Hands-on closing deals on the sales floor
- Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, and gross on a monthly and annual basis
- Manages vehicle inventory and reconditioning of trade-ins
- Appraises incoming used cars
- Used Car Sales Manager must be a strong closer and willing to engage customers early in the process
Qualifications/Requirements – Used Car Sales Manager
- Automotive Sales Experience and/or Management Experience required!
- Luxury vehicle experience required
- High energy and an outgoing personality are a must
- Outstanding communication skill- both written and oral
- Customer service skills, selling ability, and positive outlook
- Strong product knowledge
- Auction experience is a plus
- Understanding of and ability to coach and counsel employees and help them grow into top salespeople
- Positive team management/motivation skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to drive a stick shift vehicle
