Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming all on arrival and proactively engaging with customers to enrich their shopping experience
- Displaying genuine interaction skills with customers to reflect passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment to their sport or activity
- Upholding organizational standards for merchandise showcasing of top-tier sports brands
- Marketing company initiatives (i.e., warranty sales, customer loyalty program, seasonal promotions, etc.)
- Cultivating an inclusive store atmosphere where everyone (associates & customers) feels rewarded, safe, and treated with respect
- Undertaking additional tasks, when required, to support the team and store during peak business periods

Requirements:
- Past experience in retail sales, a cashiering role or customer-driven roles is encouraged.
- The physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items ranging from 15 to 35 lbs. on occasional basis (up to five times per hour).
- The endurance to work extended durations (up to 4 hours) either standing or walking.
- The capability to perform repetitive tasks for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
