The role we're offering is a part-time association with suppliers at a Sam’s Club as a Product Demonstrator. The incumbent will be introducing customers to new items and unique brands through product tasting events, demonstrations, or by giving out samples. Although previous experience in customer service, food handling, serving, bartending, cashiering, stock maintenance, product demonstration, or being a brand ambassador or advocate is useful, it is not a necessity.

Job Responsibilities:

- Build customer engagement by discussing key features of products.
- Adhere to food safety standards during sample preparation (cooking, processing, plating, serving).
- Collaborate with the team to meet product sales targets. 

Required Skills & Experience:

- You must be at least 16 years old (Specifically for Alcohol and Production, you must be 18+).
- Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) is preferred, however, we also have openings during holidays and weekdays.
- Reliability in accessing a smartphone or tablet on working days.
- Safe usage of appliances such as a microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate.
- Capability to stand throughout the duration of the event.

We encourage applications from candidates without a high school or college education, those with no prior experience, individuals returning to the workforce, and/or military veterans. Comprehensive training, either online or on-the-job, will be provided to get you started swiftly. 

Workplace Conditions:

You can expect moderate to high noise levels commensurate with a retail grocery warehouse setting. It may also entail exposure to cold, refrigerated environments, food products, and cleaning chemicals.

Compensation: The starting salary is $16.00 per hour.
