A hospital in California is looking for an experienced CVICU RN for a travel assignment.
The right candidate will have 2+ years of experience, hold an active BLS, ACLS, PALS and CA license.

Candidates must have experience with fresh open hearts, this experience must also be recent, must also have experience with mixed ICU patients as well
Schedule Information
12 hour shifts, 6:45-7:15
Schedules made out about 6 weeks in advance, self-scheduling, however schedule is not finalized until manager is able to review

Unit: Cardiac ICU
Number of beds: 30 beds
Charge Nurse: Yes, do not take a pt assignment
Nurse Aides: No
Weekend Requirement: Every other, no holiday requirement at this time but they may be required to work
Scrub Color: Navy
Telemetry: GE monitors
Vents: Yes
Floating: Any tele or medsurg units
Floor specific orientation: 1 day of unit orientation
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Mixed ICU patients
Additional Details
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS; Telemetry, L/D, Emergency and Critical Care RN's will take a proctored Dysrhythmia Test onsite, day one. This is a PASS/FAIL test!
