PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for specified units
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for specified units
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course required for ER
EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring required for L&D, certain certifications not accepted
Tech Cert Verification - National required if applicable
State License Verification required
NPI Number required for OR/Surg Techs working First Assist
NIH Stroke Certification required annually

Shift: Manager okay with 3x12 or 4x12
Weekends: Every Other Weekend (Friday & Saturday)

Legacy Health expects travelers to float within a site and across the system. Travelers are required to complete any education assigned within one week of assignment.
Low Census Mandatory cancellation terms: Must cancel 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two week pay period without cause or penalty
Job Requirements
Registered Nurse licensure in the state of OR
Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Prior travel nursing experience
Schedule Information
3x12 or 4x12 shifts
Every Other Weekend (Friday & Saturday) work is required
Available for holidays as needed
Additional Details
Floating may be required as per facility policies
Mandatory low census cancellation policy is in place
Completion of assigned education within one week of assignment
