Quik Travel Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.

Case Management Travel RN
• Conduct intake assessments with patients and families, ensuring that all parties feel sufficiently supported.
• Monitor patient’s vitals and report adverse reactions in a timely manner.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized patient care plans that account for physical, financial and any other constraints.
• Suggest and coordinate appropriate follow-up services and ongoing treatments as needed.
• Serve as patient, family, insurance, and facility advocates and assist with admission and discharge.
• Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.
• Availability to work the facility’s required schedule.
• Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
• Also referred to as: case manager, travel case manager, discharge planner, utilization reviewer.
Job Requirements
• 1+ year of experience as a Case Management nurse
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Current state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
