Responsibilities
Education & experience:
Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in a relevant field (e.g., biology, genetics, molecular biology).
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Strong interest in genetics and a desire to pursue a career in genetic counseling, clinical genetics, laboratory genetics or a related healthcare field.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in science and medicine, particularly for underrepresented populations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
Qualifications
Prior laboratory experience or coursework in molecular biology, genetics, or related disciplines is desirable but not required.
