We're specifically interested in people who have:

- 3 years of retail/customer service management experience or
- 4 years of U.S. Military service
- Solid organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with a sales-focused experience
- Strong leadership skills and capacity to coach and mentor team partners maturely
- Minimum High School or GED qualifications.

Requirements:

Proven legal status permitting employment in the country of application. Full-time availability (generally exceeding 40 hours per week) including fluctuating hours encompassing early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
