Here's your role at Ashley:

As a Retail Sales Associate, your duty is to convert store visitors into faithful clientele. You're the guide when guests enter our store. As the whiz on home furnishings, you inspire and arouse excitement towards Ashley's products. You assist our customers in revealing styles that mirror their life and help craft rooms they would relish living in. Your Responsibilities:

- Creating an environment that rewards for delivering remarkable service and pleasing our guests. 
- Providing an unmatched service experience for all customers and visitors. Maintain a warm, professional, visible presence at the front desk, ensuring guests are always treated in a courteous, respectful manner keeping the company's brand image intact.
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, sticking to cash handling protocols.
- Assisting customers with credit applications and financing issues as needed and maintaining thorough documentation of sales transactions. 
- Addressing customer issues independently whenever possible.
- Assisting with store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists. 
- Supporting inventory management and loss prevention procedures, participating in bi-annual inventory checks.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, adherence to KPIs and performance standards.
- Completing any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Legal authorization to work in the US.
- Over 18 years of age. 
- The ability to lift, pull, and tug 25 IBS with or without accommodation. 
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. 
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
- Exude warmth and friendliness, easy to converse with.
- Excitement for developing and sharing innovative ideas. 
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Clear and motivating communication skills.
- Passion for providing remarkable service and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable attendance.

Salary:

A training hourly rate is $18.00  for the first 120 days, followed by an hourly rate of $15.95. Weekly, and monthly incentives based on sales can be earned, ranging from 2% to 15% depending on product types. Please discuss during the interview process to gain further clarity.
