We are actively seeking board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) contractors to join our team to perform In-Home Health Assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and particular commercial plan participants.
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate home visitations with concentration on comprehensive health and wellness evaluation, identifying possible care barriers
- Earn within the range of $1800 - $3000 weekly (Typically 6-9 daily visits, with a base rate of $70 per finished assessment)
- Ramp up your per-visit earning by up to 200% via our Market Multiplier*
- Garner additional revenue through our pay-per-test model (applicable when qualifying additional diagnostic and preventive tests are offered to the health plan participant)
- Work shifts between Monday and Sunday (Evening and weekend commitments are not mandatory)
- Take on the role on either a Short-Term or Long-Term basis
Other notable features of this position include:
- Prearranged home visits with health plan participants
- Aid for Airfare, Hotel, and Rental Car (subject to eligibility)
- Coverage for malpractice risk
- Practice as an Independent Contractor under 1099 status
- The flexibility of work schedule
- A mandatory state license (PA-C)
These visits encompass a medical and medication history review and in-home physical assessments of health plan participants. Our PA contractors enjoy the advantages of a competitive wage or a chance to supplement existing income, all the while balancing personal and clinical obligations.
You won't be tasked with prescribing medicines, ordering lab tests, or modifying ongoing treatment protocols. Also, each assessment comes with an already filled out patient-specific form.
