Job Details
Orientation will be held in Portland at 4400 NE Halsey St., Building 1 Suite 284 Portland, OR 97213. Please submit with a start date that your clinician has confirmed they can attend.
Orientation dates: Multiple dates throughout 2024 provided.
Clinician's badge will work and eligible to float between various locations.
Please list in submission which other facilities clinician will be willing to float to. Information shared with staffing team.
Job Requirements
1 yr experience in specialty
BLS, ACLS certifications (must be AHA)
2 References required within 12 months of start date. Supervisor references accepted; 1 must be from a supervisor, Charge RNs accepted
Recent EPIC experience
Schedule Information
Charting System: Epic
Medication System: Pyxis
Separation Policy: 3-month separation from going staff to per diem or travel
Additional Details
SUBS: Attestation documents required for I9, E-Verify
Photo ID required
Social Security Card for WA State OBRA search (for CNAs at Skilled Nursing facilities in WA only)
