Overview

Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry and report generation. This position will consist of work related to the Oregon Growth Study and AAOF Legacy Collection:

  • Review records for 107 subjects currently included on the Legacy Collection site from the Oregon Growth Collection for completion and compare to current library records of included subjects and time points
  • Locate and coordinate transportation of missing records (potentially including radiographic images and study casts) to the School of Dentistry for scanning
  • Scan records according to specific protocols established for the Legacy collection
  • Once it is established that all current Oregon subjects in the Legacy Collection are complete, records for additional patients may be added

Responsibilities
  • Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours), OR Graduate Program minimum 4.5 credit hours)
  • Demonstrable record of reliable attendance, punctuality and proven successful performance
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write and understand written and oral instructions in English, attention to detail
  • Demonstrated basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
