COOK 1 WILL DEMONSTRATE SAFE TIME AND TEMPERATURE PROCEDURES BY RECORDED SAFE TEMPERATURES FOR FOODS AND ACHIEVE A SCORE OF 90 %OR BETTER ON THE ANNUAL OHSU SANITATION TEST.
