Your Role:
- You will be entrusted with the responsibility of achieving individual as well as branch sales targets and meeting customer expectations.
- Build new relationships as well as nurture existing ones as you guide customers through the loan process and its life cycle.
- Based on customer needs, you will propose financial solutions that address their objectives.
- Present customers with optional insurance products.
- Educate customers about the terms and conditions of the loan to ensure they have a clear understanding.
- Collaborate with local businesses to attract and develop new customers.
- Learn to use credit underwriting techniques and sales tools.
- Oversee the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, always complying with all laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service.
