Responsibilities – Collision Estimator:

  • Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and needed repairs
  • Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software (CCC)
  • Communicate with customers to explain the repair process, costs, and timeline
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters to negotiate and confirm estimates
  • Work closely with the Collision Center team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely repairs
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, supplements, and customer interactions
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, repair techniques, and insurance guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience

Qualifications – Collision Estimator:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or technical training in automotive repair is a plus
  • Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Service Advisor, or other related role is preferred
  • Experience with CCC estimating software is a plus!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
