Overview

The Division of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology, within the Department of Pediatrics of Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), is seeking an Assistant Professor or Associate Professor of Pediatrics specializing in the treatment of pediatric solid tumors. A minimum of two years of post-fellowship experience in the care of patients with solid tumors is strongly preferred; The position will assume clinical care of children, adolescent and young adults with solid tumors and administrative/leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Division Head; participate in fellow training and student/resident educational programs of the Department; serve on committees and councils of OHSU; participate in outreach and public service programs and professional societies with the knowledge and consent of the Chair; conduct collaborative clinical, translational, and/or health systems research at OHSU, and fund these efforts as necessary through grants and contracts.


Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

  • An M.D. degree or the foreign equivalent;
  • Oregon medical licensure or eligibility for licensure;
  • Board Certification or eligibility for Board Certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology-Oncology
