26 week contract!No call requiredWeekends & holidays as needed Responsible for directing the operation of the hospital on evenings, nights and weekendsMinimum of 1-2 years CURRENT successful leadership experience strongly preferred.MUST HAVE CURRENT MULTIPLE SPECIALTY EXPRIENCE (MS, ICU, PCU, ED, NICU, etc)Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred.Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care - Has your traveler managed a unit(s)? Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations.Working knowledge of staffing systems preferred.Bachelor's Degree in NursingDocumented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing.Must be an RNACLS/BLS requiredMA RN license requiredCOVID vaccine & booster + flu shot required (medical exemptions considered)
