Responsibilities:

    - Ensure top-tier customer service for our guests
    - Exhibit an enthusiastic and thorough understanding of menu items
    - Collaborate and act as a supportive member of the management team

Requirements:

    - Proven experience in restaurant management
    - Multi-unit experience (preferred)
    - Stable employment history
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
    - Adeptness at working with a diverse, dedicated team
    - Superior communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
    - Physical strength to stand for long periods, walk, bend, stretch, and sporadically lift (up to 50 lbs) 
    - Flexibility to accommodate various work schedules/shifts, including nights and weekends
