Job Summary:

This position, in collaborationwith the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patienthealth utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professionalnursing care across the care continuum. This position advocates for the patientand family adhering to nursing and medical plans of care, regulatory standards,and organizational values.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 years’ nursing experience.
• 1 year of pediatriccath lab/OR/Circulator experience.
• Scrub experience preferred.

Education Requirements:

• Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing,a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
• BSN preferred.

Certification/License/Registry Requirements:

• Current State of Arizona RNlicense or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or theability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
• Current BLS certification forHealthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
• Current PALS certification fromthe American Heart Association.
• CNOR Preferred.
