Weekly PayHealth Insurance401K2 years’ pediatric experience with a combination of CVICU NICU and PICU experience.Level III and IV ICU experience strongly preferred.Children’s hospital experience strongly preferred.Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
