As an Inspector - Level 4 at Honeywell, your responsibility will be to ensure that our products are in compliance with the pre-set quality standards. Your role would involve inspecting and testing products at various points during the production process. Your keen attention to detail teamed with quality control skills will contribute significantly to the overall operational success. This role allows you to directly impact the quality and reliability of our products, thereby enabling them to meet the highest levels of excellence. Your meticulous inspections and tests enable early detection of any defects or problems, facilitating timely corrective measures and averting any prospective quality issues.

Key Responsibilities


- Conduct inspections and tests at different stages of the production process.
- Ensure products comply with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document any defects or non-compliances.
- Collaborate with various teams to address and rectify quality issues.
- Maintain precise records of inspections and test results.
- Interpret blueprints and engineering specifications to obtain product information.
- Inspect machine workpieces for conformance to specifications.
- Must understand the geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (Symbols and applications).

To comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Required Skills and Experience

- 2+ years of experience in a quality control or inspection role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or discrepancies.
- Knowledge of quality standards and specifications.
- Intermediate excel skills. 
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- 6+ months of experience using inspection techniques and hardware.
- Familiar with metrological techniques and applications, including but not limited to Micrometers, Depth Mics, Verniers, Vertical and Horizontal Drop Indicators, Height Gages, O.D. & I.D testers, air gages, and Go/no-go gages.
