As an Inspector-Level 4, you will provide Quality ControlInspection support for Honeywell Aerospace's Auxiliary Power Units, PropulsionEngine and Turbo fan product lines before they are sent out to customers. Youwill partner with manufacturing teams and leaders to update inspectionprocesses and insure their consistent execution to deliver products that meetcustomer expectations and comply with all FAA/ODA requirements,. You willensure that quality is being maintained in all factors involved in production.

Key Responsibilities
Perform final inspections on commercial/military hardware.
Issue and/or familiar with 8130’s and Certificate ofConfomance
Monitor and verify quality.
Recommend improvements.
Conform to specifications.
Record observations.
Audit quality control programs.
Develop specs and procedures.
Improve quality practices.
Mentor lower level Inspectors on best practices and rootcause analysis

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws andregulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. underasylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
At least 3 years of Quality Control and/or Inspectionexperience in aerospace or an industry of similar complexity
Ability to use power tools and highly competent withmeasurement devices commonly used in inspector, ie calibers, gauges, andrelated equipment
Ability to pursue and maintain FDA/ODA Inspectioncertifications

Knowledge of labeling requirements
Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures inquality control inspection field
Good analytical and creative problem solving skill
Ability to use tools and techniques to perform tests
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Proactively and clearly communicate important,comprehensive, and specific information that others need
Ability to read technical data and specifications
Possession or progress towards attaining an A & PLicense
