Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for a job in Phoenix, Arizona.
As a Centralized RBT Trainer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the centralized training process for new RBTs in their first two weeks at Soar. You will guide them through our standardized training program, conduct role plays, spot checks, and provide ongoing mentorship to ensure their success in delivering high-quality care at our clinic. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and engage daily with other members of our multidisciplinary care team in a center based work environment.
This role will be based in Arizona, out of our Paradise Valley location.
This position is an excellent fit for an experienced RBT who is pursuing a path towards becoming a BCBA or other master's level clinician and wishes to develop additional skills in mentorship and coaching. The role is full time (40 hours/week), center based, and salaried. The position will start in Q4 2024, and have a two week training and ramp-up period before starting. Relocation assistance available and provided for any candidates relocating from Colorado to Arizona for the position.
Pay range is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00/year with an annual bonus potential based on performance in the role.
