Educational/Professional Requirements:
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state, or proof of license eligibility.
- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy; alternatively,
- A Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field along with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy complemented by 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
Foreign degrees in Physical Therapy need to be evaluated to determine their equivalence to a U.S degree in Physical Therapy.
