Job Overview

At Sunrise, we are seeking a Concierge to deliver excellent hospitality, creating a welcoming first impression for all our visitors. Responsiblities include greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing calls, delivering messages, and providing community information to support marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the Bistro area, ensuring its cleanliness and refreshing it as necessary
- Carry out general administrative tasks
- Welcome and uphold the hospitable reputation of a Sunrise community.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a proven track record in a customer service role, demonstrating superior customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Must display good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, along with organized record-keeping skills
- Must demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to learn new applications
