Job Description:
In the role of the Cashier, you will be tasked with delivering superior customer service by ensuring a unique shopping experience. Your responsibility will encompass everything from timely assistance, detailed product knowledge, and maintaining high brand standards, to efficient execution of Front-End operations.
Responsibilities:
- Approach and warmly greet various customers to understand their needs and enhance their shopping journey
- Process customer sales and returns following established Front-End procedures
- Promote various company programs such as customer loyalty program, warranty sales, private label credit card registration, and more
- Adhere to existing policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality pertaining to Company information
- Create an inclusive store ambiance where all (teammates and customers) feel welcome, secure, and are treated with respect
- Collaborate across the store, supporting the team in an all-hands-on-deck approach
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashier roles, or customer-focused positions is preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Stamina to work for extended periods (up to 4 hours) either standing or walking.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks for shorter periods (up to 2 hours without interruption).
