Job Role at Ashley:
We're looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate eager to convert walk-in customers into loyal supporters. As the first point of contact for customers entering our stores, you'll guide and assist them attentively. Help our customers explore options that suit their lifestyle and aid them in designing rooms they'll adore living in. Key Duties:
- Deliver premium service and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Preserve a professional, welcoming persona while interacting with guests to maintain the company's brand image.
- Efficiently process sales orders and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Assist customers with credit applications and financing options while comprehensively documenting the transactions.
- Tackle problems independently when possible.
- Participate in store opening and closing activities, including daily checklists and cash reconciliation.
- Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
- Achieve sales goals in alignment with KPIs and performance standards.
- Conduct any other duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the US.
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- Capability to lift 25 lbs without any aids.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent interactive skills and is friendly and sociable.
