As a member of Signify Health's Member Engagement team, your task will involve reaching out to members of various Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans, introducing and arranging a complimentary in-home or virtual health evaluation. We aim to fulfill departmental productivity, quality, and customer service goals. You will be reporting to a Member Engagement Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing roughly 50 outbound calls per hour, using an automatic dialer software to propose, explain, and arrange a complimentary virtual or in-home health evaluation.
- Carefully following over 20 approved scripts, assuring that members comprehend and consent to the terms, and professionally and persuasively manage rebuttals
- Exemplifying a positive, professional, and vibrant demeanor to clients, health plan members, and colleagues.
- Meeting daily departmental goals like making 300-400 outbound calls per day, setting 24 appointments a day, adhering to quality targets and shift and attendance policies, all in either an on-site or remote setting.
- Rescheduling, canceling, or modifying appointments involving both members and contracted providers.
- Keeping track of performance metrics including appointments, calls, call duration, and productivity, using assigned reporting platforms.
- Reporting member complaints and escalations promptly to Member Engagement Managers.
- Participating in peer side-by-side guidance as required.
- Upholding HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information during regular job activities.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

- Preferably, a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of call center experience or 2 years of general work experience. Previous outbound call center jobs or high-volume experience in a metrics-focused environment, working with auto dialer or scripts is desirable.
- The aspiration to work efficiently in a results-driven outbound call center.
- Persuasiveness with the ability for rebuttal, while maintaining professional courtesy towards all health plan members.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and conversational approach.
- The ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including definite start, breaks, lunch, and end times.
- Strong computer skills, with the proficiency to use several systems simultaneously while conducting calls.
