This is a full-time, hybrid position (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST...

• Youll use your knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques to prospect for new accounts and business via phone and e-mail.
• Youll develop a deep knowledge of our offerings and use it to effectively present our products, services, and features to clients.
  
• Youll use your excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and cultivate lasting relationships with existing accounts. Youll ensure their needs are met while increasing sales and share positions.
• Youll make follow-up calls to existing clients to cross-sell and up-sell, as well as handle inbound prospects and convert them into sales.
• Youll develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential buying accounts and maintain/expand our database of prospects.
• Youll collaborate with your team to strategize creative, effective sales approaches.

• You have internship experience, or 1+ years work experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, retail sales, customer service, call center, field marketing, account management, sales, or a related position.
