In the role of an Instructor, your accountability includes teaching music lessons to students, based on the unique Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. Your goal will be to grow the student base, through ensuring that each learner continues to evolve, experience joy in playing music, and respect the culture of integrity, inclusion, and passion for music.

Primary responsibilities of our Instructor includes:


- Teaching students the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
- Engaging in communication with students or their parents (when applicable), updating them on each student's progress.
- Assisting with customer service concerns as required, maintaining a consistent learning base through ensuring excellent student experiences.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:


- Approximately 3 years of professional experience in the Music, Education, or related sector, or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to clear Guitar Center's specific training and certifications.
- Demonstrated competency and expertise in the area of instruction (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard).
