Schedule Information
- Shifts Available: 12 hour
- Shift Times: 1830-0700
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Type of Staff Scheduling: RN's work in a Team Model with Nursing Assistants using 6 week schedule periods.
- Typical Orientation Period: One week per unit (2 weeks)
Additional Details
- ACLS Preferred, BLS
- RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
- Staff Required to Float: Yes-2 Med-Surg Units and PCU
- Patient Experience Challenges / Focus: Post operative patients meeting goals to be ready for discharge home. Lots of patient movement on unit, many discharges and admissions.
