THE ROLE IN FOCUS: We seek a proactive, results-driven Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who thrives in a dynamic environment. The candidate must be passionate about customer service and guiding team members to reach their targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Making each customer feel valued by dedicating quality time, posing thoughtful inquiries about their needs, likes, and way of life
- Becoming an expert in product knowledge with the ability to promote and sell a wide range of garments, including private labels, popular brands, and custom-fit clothing
- Helping build a top-notch, customer-centric sales team by providing real-time coaching, training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational protocols
ARE YOU A MATCH? Specific requirements for this role include:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree advantageous but not mandatory)
- Demonstrable superior customer service skills and experience with resolving complaints/issues
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
