Position Overview:
Leaf Home Stairlift, one of the fastest growing companies focusing on safety installations, is actively seeking new installers. This position offers ample growth opportunities, with the potential to progress to roles such as trainer, installation manager, or even a regional manager.

Ideal candidates should have mechanical and carpentry skills along with a keen eye for detail. Your main responsibility will be the installation of indoor and outdoor stairlifts.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of carpentry / construction experience, including basic electrical skills (capability to install or relocate outlets).
- Ownership of a box truck, cargo van, full size pickup, or full size SUV.
- Capability to obtain (or current possession of) general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance or exemption, depending on the state (assistance can be provided).
- Possession of all necessary tools for the job, including box wrenches, Allen wrenches, a 12” Miter Saw, Nut Driver Set and Drill Driver Extension.
- Openness to travel. Although most travel is within 100 miles of the primary working location, applicants willing to travel further will be considered favorably.
What We Offer:
- This position is a 1099 contractor role.
- Compensation for stairlift installations typically ranges from $250 to $350, with the job taking between 2 to 4 hours. Occasionally, curved stairlift installations, which require around 4 to 6 hours, are compensated around $600.
- No need to take part in sales; all jobs are pre-sold and only require installation.
- Flexible scheduling with opportunities to work either part-time or full-time.
- Zero out of pocket expenses. All the necessary equipment and staging are handled by us, eliminating any need for reimbursements.
