Begin your grooming journey with us as a Groomer Trainee! As part of our vibrant Grooming Salon team, you'll forge strong relationships with your clients, becoming an integral part of their family. You'll understand their pets' individual styles and personalities to curate a personalized and trendy experience. From the initial shampoo to the concluding proud walk home, you'll take pleasure in the range of services you deliver!
PATHWAY TO PERFECTION:
Bring your passion, and we'll equip you with the training. We offer an apprenticeship designed to guide you towards achievement.
- Stage 1 - Bather: Initially, you'll delve into the practical aspects with our pets. The pets in our care become our own, leading safety certification to be our utmost priority. Guided by the salon leader, you'll step into your bather training, exploring different dog breeds and the associated styling nuances. You’ll ensure the dogs feel comfortable in our salon, take care of their bathing rituals, trim their nails, and assist groomers throughout the pet's stay.
- Stage 2 - Grooming Academy: After accumulating preliminary experience, you'll join our Grooming Academy! Here, you’ll engage in a 4-week classroom training program, gaining insights from our veteran Academy Trainers. You’ll deepen your understanding of breed styling, learn to care for various dog breeds, and familiarize yourself with the tools and clippers. Upon graduation, you’ll receive a complimentary toolkit valued over $600!
- Stage 3 - Groomer Trainee: Armed with your fresh knowledge and new toolkit, you'll be ready to rejoin our salon. Under the guidance and supervision of seasoned groomers, you’ll start grooming dogs of all breeds and sizes. We aim to handle 200 dogs to ensure ample diversity and experience in your training.
- Stage 4 - Pet Stylist in Training: Now is the time to refine your skills. Build client relationships, provide style recommendations, suggest new services, and share the joy when a client sees their freshly groomed pet. And, of course, don't forget the free toolkit is an excellent perk too!
