We offer competitive payment of $35 - $37 per hour for LPNs and $48 - $50 per hour for RNs, based on education, training, and experience. This job role is eligible for participation in the company bonus pool of up to 4%. Responsibilities as a Center Medical Specialist

Your salary will be determined based on your experience and practicing license.

Your roles will include:


- Performing physical examinations and determining donors’ medical history
- Building relationships with donors for overall satisfaction
- Ensuring confidentiality of donors and staff
- Education of donors on potential hazards
- Advising on general health and counseling on unacceptable test results
- Evaluating any illness history or medications to ensure continued donor suitability
- Staff training
- Administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program for employees

Job Prerequisites


- Certification/licensing in the state of employment as a registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, or licensed vocational nurse
- Current CPR certification.
