What You Will Do: As a project manager:

• Take a lead role on multiple small to medium-sized municipal engineering projects
• Serve on a team to provide City Engineering services to one or more communities
• The project manager ensures that WSB staff complete the projects within prescribed time frames and budgets and to the client’s satisfaction.
• You will use your project management skills to plan, direct, track, and coordinate all project activities.
• You will also market and secure work from new and existing clients, formulate strategies for increasing market share, and lead the proposal process when necessary.
• Your experience level will determine the amount of independent judgment granted, the complexity of tasks performed, and direct supervision received.
  

What You Will Bring: The successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar field from an accredited school and five or more years of experience in municipal engineering
• Oklahoma PE license or the ability to obtain their license within six months.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent advocacy, communication and organizational skills are required.
