Title: Physical Therapist
As a Physical Therapist, you'll be in a facility reporting directly to the Director of Rehab. Role Overview:
In your role as a Physical Therapist, your primary function is to help patients recover. Your mission is to help them regain their strength and mobility. You'll evaluate patient requirements, formulate their recovery strategies, and administer physical therapy.
This role demands you to be empathetic and resourceful, catering to the overall needs of the patients and acknowledging their individuality. What drives you as a therapist is the creation of a program to restore, augment, and improve physical abilities.

Our Hiring Process:
Powerback has designed an efficient hiring process. The application stage will roughly take 3 minutes of your time. Within a business day, you'll receive a response from us. If you meet the required criteria, our recruiter will reach out for a brief 10-minute interaction within the next 2-3 business days.
The hiring manager will then be informed about your application, and they will contact you to schedule an interview. This entire process happens rapidly within 1-5 business days post the phone screening. The hiring manager will make their decision shortly after the interview, typically within a week.
Educational and Vocational Requirements:
- Possess a valid Physical Therapy license or provide evidence of license eligibility.
- Hold a Master's degree in Physical Therapy or,
- Hold a Master's degree in a field related to Physical Therapy along with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or,
- Be a Bachelor's degree holder in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively noteworthy PT experience.
Physical Therapy degrees earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated for its U.S. equivalence to a degree in Physical Therapy.
