Job Overview:

We are in search of a diligent, driven, and personable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the key contact between the office and the patient. This role entails welcoming patients, familiarizing them with the office, coordinating treatment services, and maintaining strong patient relationships. We are seeking an exceptional communicator who is passionate about delivering superior customer service with a keen sense for sales. The ultimate goal of our patient Care Coordinators is to provide an unmatched patient experience and make every visit to our office a delightful one.

Responsibilities/Duties:

- Accomplish personal sales targets while promoting team goals.
- Welcome patients cordially, professionally, and promptly.
- Initiate new patients to the office and the team.
- Conduct patient consultations, providing information on suggested treatments.
- Discuss the cost of service, insurance coverage details, and payment options with patients.
- Foster enduring relationships with patients by following up after visits to recommend new or alternative treatments.
- Ensure patient loyalty by delivering exceptional patient care.
- Foster a team spirit to guarantee optimal service for every customer.
- Promote strategic local marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract new patients.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Bilingual English-Spanish skills are preferred.
- Ability to positively handle patient concerns and manage several tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Rapid learner and ability to adapt to new procedures and processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of accountability, ownership, and initiative.
- Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality.
