About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Product Program Management function. In this role, you will drive the successful execution of product initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will lead a team of Program Managers, establish best practices, and partner with Product Management to ensure the successful launch and adoption of product features.
This full-time position is based out of our Oakland office and reports to the Senior Director of Product Strategy & Operations.
What Youll Do
  • Scale and develop the Program Management function within the Product Department, leading team members to deliver effective program execution.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Product Program Management function.
  • Establish and standardize program management methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure consistent and efficient program delivery.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all product programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Engage with executive leadership and other key stakeholders to provide regular updates on program status, risks, and opportunities - providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure the successful launch and adoption of new product features. With specific focus on ensuring successful execution of research, discovery, and delivery of product requirements to Engineering, as well as development and execution of detailed product adoption plans with Marketing and Sales.
  • Program management of additional large and ad-hoc product-driven initiatives.
Skills Were Looking For
  • 8+ years of program management experience delivering software products from concept to launch.
  • Deep experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS business models.
  • Mastery of Program Management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in team development and management.
  • Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrives and excels in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Highly organized with ability to handle complex, multi-faceted programs.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certifications.

This range represents base salary only and does not include incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, if applicable.

$155,856$194,820 USD
