Salon Leader Specifications: As a Salon Leader, you are expected to guide, encourage, and inspire a team of Salon Professionals towards personal, team, and salon targets. Essential Requirements: 

- Minimum 12 months of professional salon exposure, as a Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist and/or Salon Manager, along with elementary arithmetic skills.
- Possess a current COSMETOLOGY LICENSE. 
- Must be eligible to work within the United States.
